News: Samson Install First Garda Glass Roof System

As part of Samson's recent offer titled “The Great British Glass Off”, the fantastic Garda glass roof system has recently been installed for the very first time by Samson Awnings. This is a great system, new in 2017, that has been designed to look as good as possible in a wide variety of settings.

An fantastic looking glass roof system available in three impressive and stylish finishes, the Garda can have either a glass or polycarbonate roof, allowing for different needs or budgets, and can also have two awning style fabric shading systems installed either above or below the roof. Alongside this, lighting can be requested as either halogen or LED spotlights.

It is also a modular system, allowing the sides to be filled in at a later date with glass elements such as wall panels and doors and this is a common addition for some further down the line.

This particular Garda Installation involved a system which was fitted to a domestic property, and was erected so easily and unobtrusively that the customers wife actually missed it being set up!

Finished in anthracite, this system blends perfectly with the colour of the bi-folding doors that are underneath. This system is fitted with 8.8mm glass, which offers superb vision combined with fantastic durability, with the added benefit over polycarbonate options of being much quieter in the rain.
